We can offer you a full management service for housekeeping, laundry, gardens and grounds maintenance, repairs, property maintenance, changeovers, pre arrival grocery shopping etc.

All these services are available on a cost-plus-10% basis. The annual fee for marketing and renting your property is 15% of rental income plus a further 10% of rental income for the provision of discounted golf, and use of leisure facilities for your holiday tenants.

There is no obligation for owners to use the house management service if they are not letting out their house for holiday purposes. However, if a Walled Garden house owner does wish to let the property for holiday purposes they must use the Roserrow Management Service. This ensures that our customers receive the best possible service at all times.
